Our comprehensive packages
Your home is a highly valuable asset – so think of homestaging not as a cost, but rather as an investment. Your property will look its best during the sales period without the cost or expense of a renovation.
Our package prices are based on the number of rooms furnished or staged. The initial staging period is 4 weeks, with a 5th week free of charge to allow additional time for photography and advertising.
All inclusive DMI Homestagers Standard Package:
An on-site consultation starts the discussion around what you are wanting and how we can best customise your home staging. Our extensive inventory allows us to stage homes of any size and any style.
The full-service Standard Package includes all your staging needs for the following rooms; kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and entry (if required).

Our package price also includes freight, assembly, maintenance, removal and insurance.

Owner in residence:
Our partial property styling service utilises the vendor’s own furnishings along with the addition of DMI decor and accessories. This service is perfect for vendors who are on a budget or are living in their property during the sales campaign.
Styling consultation:
Whether you are selling your home, or need an expert eye to add finesse to your home décor, a styling consultation is the perfect solution. Our experts can advise you which items to keep, remove, or replace. This 2 hour styling consultation costs only $500 + gst and you will be able to see results immediately.
Stage Now- Pay Later:
We understand that getting a house ready for sale can be costly, and we believe that everyone should have access to the return on investment that comes from having their house professionally staged and marketed at the highest level.
DMI Homestagers offer a PayLater option for all our Stage to Sell services.
With our PayLater option, vendors have nothing to pay upfront, and can simply repay upon settlement, withdrawal, or at a 6-month term – whichever comes first.
